LEADERSHIP

Chief Creative Officer

Eli Robbins
Chief Design Officer

A man smiles in front a brick wall. He has red glasses.

Eli has built his career at the experiential intersection of the built environment and digital interaction.

His creative approach identifies key user groups and deeply understand their needs and experiences. Eli believes that experience design isn’t about wowing users, but, rather, a way to leave a lasting impact on audiences and create accessible, memorable experiences.

Following a diagnosis of Guillain-Barré syndrome in spring 2020—a condition which left him temporarily paralyzed and was followed by months of rehab—Eli devoted himself to creating experiences that create equitable access for underrepresented audiences.

Eli holds a Master in Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor’s in Architectural Studies with a Minor in Studio Arts from the University of Pittsburgh. He’s worked at award-winning firms from Portland to New York City, and now lives in Philadelphia with his wife and son.

His interests outside the office include printmaking, furniture design, and building anything he can get his hands on.

Steve has worked as a creative director and writer in Philadelphia for over 10 years.

Along the way, he’s learned that a good story, no matter the medium, is the most important element for any brand. In today’s saturated media environment, it’s important that these stories are open, direct, and emotive.

Steve took an unconventional path to the agency world. After majoring in English Literature at the University of Pittsburgh, he discovered that copywriting offered a career of creativity and storytelling.

He’s worked in-house, ran his own studio as a partner with top design agencies in Philadelphia and New York City, and with award-winning agencies.

Outside of work, Steve is a filmmaker whose most recent short screened at film festivals across the country. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and daughter. Sometimes he still reads books and plays soccer.
